1 Injured in Fiery Car Crash on Loop 323 and Old Bullard Road in Tyler

One Injured in Tyler Two-Vehicle Crash at Loop 323 and Old Bullard Road

Tyler, Texas (December 22, 2022) – One person was injured Wednesday night in a fiery two-vehicle crash in Tyler, according to the police.

The crash happened around 9:15 p.m., December 21, at the intersection of Loop 323 and Old Bullard Road.

Police said a Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling northbound on Old Bullard Road while a 4-door sedan was traveling westbound on Loop 323.

The sedan ran a red light at the intersection and collided with the Chevrolet.

The sedan caught fire after the crash.

The sedan driver, an elderly woman, sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The Chevrolet driver was uninjured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
