One Injured in Lubbock Crash at 19th Street and Milwaukee Avenue

Lubbock, Texas (March 22, 2023) – One person was injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Tuesday night at an intersection in Lubbock, according to the Lubbock Police Department.

The crash was reported at around 9:51 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, at the intersection of 19th Street and Milwaukee Avenue.

Four vehicles collided at the intersection, police said. One of the drivers fled the scene after the crash.

One person sustained moderate injuries in the crash.

The southbound lanes of Milwaukee Avenue and westbound lanes of 19th Street were temporarily closed following the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
