Person Critically Injured in SE Austin Pedestrian Accident at Oltorf Street and Burton Drive

Austin, Texas (January 11, 2023) – A person was struck by a car early Tuesday morning in southeast Austin, according to officials.

The accident was reported around 2:00 a.m., January 10, at the intersection of E. Oltorf Street and Burton Drive.

Officials said an adult was struck by a car at the intersection and was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical, life-threatening injuries.

It is not clear if the car stayed at the scene.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
