One Injured in San Angelo Three-Vehicle Crash at Abe Street and W. Beauregard

San Angelo, Texas (January 28, 2022) – One person was injured Friday morning in a three-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to the police.

The crash happened shortly after 10:00 a.m., at the intersection of Abe Street and W. Beauregard.

Police said a Chevy Equinox and a Dodge pickup were traveling westbound on Beauregard when a Honda Accord left the CVS parking lot and began to travel southbound on Abe Street. The Accord ran a red light at the intersection and collided with the Equinox and the Dodge.

The Dodge driver was taken to Shannon Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Equinox and the two occupants of the Accord were uninjured in the crash.

The Accord driver was cited for disregarding a red light.

The crash remains under investigation.
