One Injured in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Allen Parkway

Houston, Texas (October 19, 2020) – One person was injured in a wrong-way crash early Sunday morning in Houston, according to a local news source.

The crash was reported around 2:20 a.m., October 18, in the 3400 block of Allen Parkway.

Police said a sedan was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes when it crashed head-on into a truck.

A man had to be extricated from the sedan, and he was taken to a local trauma center for treatment.

The truck driver was taken into custody at the scene.

Police are investigating the crash as a DWI crash.

An investigation is underway.
