One Killed, One Injured in El Paso Crash on US 62/180 Montana

El Paso, Texas – One person was killed and another was injured Friday night in a head-on collision in El Paso, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash was reported around 9:00 p.m., December 22, on US 62/180 (Montana) at mile marker 74.

DPS said vehicles were involved in a head-on collision on the highway.

One person was killed in the crash. The victim’s identity has not been released.

Another person was taken to an El Paso hospital for treatment.

The crash closed the highway for several hours.

The crash remains under investigation.
