One Killed and One Injured in East Austin Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 969

Austin, Texas (May 15, 2023) – One person was killed, and another was injured on Sunday in a two-vehicle crash in East Austin, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened on May 14, on FM 969.

Authorities said two vehicles were involved in the crash.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released.

Another person was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical, life-threatening injuries.

No other information was available.

The crash remains under investigation.
