1 Killed and 2 Injured in Hudspeth County Two-Vehicle Crash on US 62/180

Hudspeth County, Texas (August 10, 2019) – One person was killed and two others were injured in a head-on collision Saturday morning in Hudspeth County, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened around at 5:45 a.m. on US 62/180, at milepost 77, east of the Border Patrol checkpoint and west of FM 1111.

DPS said two vehicles collided head-on for unknown reasons on the highway.

One person was killed in the crash. Two other people sustained injuries.

The crash closed both lanes of US 62/180.

The crash remains under investigation.
