One Killed in Austin Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 35

Austin, Texas (October 28, 2022) – One person was killed Wednesday evening in a pedestrian accident in Austin, according to a local news source.

The deadly accident happened around 7:30 p.m., October 26, on Interstate 35 near 51st Street.

According to the report, a person was struck by a car on the interstate.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
