One Killed and One Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash at Perrin Beitel Road and Thousand Oaks Drive

San Antonio, Texas (March 22, 2021) – According to police, one person was killed and another was injured Sunday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s far Northeast Side.

The fatal crash occurred at about 3:00 p.m., March 21, at the intersection of Perrin Beitel Road and Thousand Oaks Drive.

Police said a car pulled out onto Thousand Oaks Drive at El Sendero Street and pulled directly into the path of a truck, resulting in a collision.

The car driver was killed in the crash. The victim’s identity has not been released.

The truck driver was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

The crash remains under investigation.
