Train Conductor Injured in Crash on FM 5 in Parker County

One Injured in Parker County Train Crash on FM 5 at Annetta Centerpoint Road

Parker County, Texas – One person was injured on Sunday in a train collision in Parker County, according to the authorities.

The crash happened on December 17, on FM 5 at Annetta Centerpoint Road.

Authorities said an 18-wheeler became stuck while crossing the train tracks and was struck by a Union Pacific train that was traveling to Fort Worth.

Two train engines and 17 train cars derailed because of the crash.

The train conductor suffered minor injuries and was taken to Texas Health Hospital – Willow Park. 

The authorities are investigating the crash.
