One Person Killed in Houston Crash on Interstate 10 near McCarty Street

Houston, Texas (April 18, 2022) – One person was killed in a crash involving a semi-truck in Houston on Monday afternoon, police said.

The deadly crash occurred just before noon on Interstate 10 near McCarty Street.

According to the police, several vehicles, including a big rig, collided on the eastbound side of the interstate.

One person died in the crash.

Authorities temporarily blocked several lanes of Interstate 10 at McCarty Street following the crash.

The accident remains under investigation.
