1 Dies in Travis County Crash on Highway 290 near Shallow Ford Drive
Travis County, Texas (May 25, 2019) – One person was killed early Friday morning in a traffic accident in Travis County, authorities said.
The deadly crash occurred at about 1:00 a.m. Friday, May 24 on Highway 290 near Shallow Ford Drive.
Authorities said a Toyota 4 Runner was traveling on Highway 290 when for an unspecified reason it collided with a semi-truck.
One person, who has not been identified pending notification of family, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
