Two Children Injured in San Antonio Four-Vehicle Crash at Austin Highway and Walzem Road

San Antonio, Texas – Two children were injured Tuesday evening in a four-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s Northeast Side, according to officials.

The crash happened around 5:00 p.m., December 12, at the intersection of Austin Highway and Walzem Road.

Officials said a person suffered a medical episode while driving, causing a crash involving four vehicles.

Seven people were involved in the crash.

Two children were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation.
