Two Injured in San Angelo Car Accident on South FM 2288

San Angelo, Texas (January 17, 2019) – Two people were hurt in a crash involving two vehicles in San Angelo on Wednesday, according to the San Angelo Police Department.
The wreck happened in the 2400 block of South FM 2288 on Wednesday, January 16.
Police said a work pickup was traveling southbound on FM 2288 when the driver made a turn into the right-hand lane and collided with a southbound 2006 Ford Focus van.
The driver of the van and a passenger in the vehicle were both taken to a hospital for treatment.
The driver of the pickup was cited for unsafe turning.
