Jonathan Brown Killed in Arlington Motorcycle Crash on I-30 near Six Flags

Arlington, Texas (December 7, 2020) – The man who was killed in a motorcycle crash Saturday afternoon in Arlington has been identified as Jonathan Brown,34, of Fort Worth, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.

The fatal crash happened just before 2:35 p.m., December 5, in the 2100 block of E. Interstate Highway 30 near Six Flags.

Police said a minivan was traveling eastbound in the inside lane of the interstate when a motorcycle ridden by Brown attempted to pass it on the left.

The motorcycle hit a concrete barrier on the left shoulder, ejecting Brown.

Brown was trapped under the van and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The minivan driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

The crash remains under investigation.
