Two Injured in SW Lubbock County Two-Vehicle Crash at FM 1585 and Brownfield Highway

Lubbock, Texas (January 22, 2021) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Southwest Lubbock County, according to deputies.

The crash happened around 8:15 a.m., January 21, at the intersection of FM 1585 and Brownfield Highway.

Deputies said a crew cab collided with a horse trailer at the intersection.

One person had to be extricated from one of the vehicles.

Two people were treated at the scene for their injuries.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
