Two Injured in Medina County Ambulance Crash on Potranco Road near Highway 211

Medina County, Texas (March 12, 2023) – Two people were injured early Saturday morning in an ambulance crash in Medina County, according to the authorities.

The crash happened just after 2:00 a.m., March 11, on Potranco Road near Highway 211.

Authorities said an Allegiance Mobile Health ambulance was transporting a patient to a hospital when a vehicle pulled out of a parking lot directly in front of the ambulance and crashed into it.

The car driver had to be extricated by firefighters.

The patient and driver of the car were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
