Woman Dies in Dallas Car Accident at Pear Ridge Drive and Frankford Road

Dallas, Texas (January 5, 2019) – A woman was killed in a fatal crash involving two vehicles at an intersection in Far North Dallas early Saturday morning, according to the police.
The wreck happened at Pear Ridge Drive and Frankford Road just before 6 a.m.
Police said a woman was stopped in a Hyundai Elantra for a red light at Pear Ridge Drive when she turned left on Frankford Road and was hit by a Ford Ranger pickup.
The woman was rushed to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
The driver of the Ford was at the scene when the police arrived.
The crash remains under investigation.
