2 Injured in Fiery Crash on I-35 in Hewitt

Two Injured in Hewitt Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35

Hewitt, Texas – Two people were injured Sunday morning in a fiery two-vehicle crash in Hewitt, according to the authorities.

The crash happened around 6:00 a.m., on Interstate 35.

Authorities said two cars collided and both of them caught on fire.

Both drivers were trapped in their vehicles and were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The crash closed the I-35 southbound for about an hour.

The crash remains under investigation.
