Two Injured in Longview Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 281

Longview, Texas (June 24, 2021) – Two people were injured on Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash in Longview, according to the police.

The crash happened on June 23, in the 700 block of E. Loop 281.

Police said a vehicle was making a left-hand turn across traffic when it was t-boned by another vehicle.

Two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash closed one lane of the westbound traffic.

The driver of the vehicle that was attempting to turn left will be ticketed for an improper left turn.

The crash remains under investigation.
