Two Injured in Wilbarger County Two-Vehicle Crash on US 287

Wilbarger County, Texas (July 23, 2021) – Two people were injured Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Wilbarger County, according to the DPS.

The crash happened around 3:00 p.m., July 21, on US 287, just outside of Oklaunion.

DPS said two vehicles were involved in the collision.

One person was taken to United Regional, while another victim was taken to Wilbarger General Hospital with serious injuries.

The crash closed northbound US 287.

No further details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
