Pilot, Passenger Injured in Montgomery County Plane Crash near Farrell Road
Montgomery County, Texas (September 1, 2019) – Two people were injured Saturday morning after a small aircraft crashed into a pond in Montgomery County, according to the authorities.
The crash happened at about 8:00 a.m. August 31, near Farrell Road.
Officials said the pilot of the single-engine aircraft declared an emergency to air traffic controllers in Conroe shortly before the plane crashed into a pond.
The 50-year-old pilot and his passenger were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the cause of the crash.
