Two Killed and Three Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Grissom Road near Timber Path

San Antonio, Texas (October 25, 2021) – Two people were killed, and three others were injured Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s West Side, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 11:00 p.m., October 24, off Grissom Road near Timber Path.

Police said a black Volkswagen Jetta was traveling at a high rate of speed when it crashed into a pickup truck that was pulling out into the road.

Both vehicles lost control after the crash and rolled over several times.

Two men in the Jetta were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities have not been released.

The Jetta driver was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Two people in the pickup truck were also taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The police are investigating the crash.
