Several Injured, 69-Year-Old Man Hospitalized after Salado Car Accident at FM 2484 and Brewer Road
Salado, Texas (May 28, 2019) – Several people were injured Monday afternoon in a head-on crash just west of Salado, according to a local news source.
The accident happened at about 12:45 p.m. Monday, May 27 at the intersection of FM 2484 and Brewer Road.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a Toyota SUV collided with a Jeep for an unknown reason.
A 69-year-old man, who was in the SUV, was airlifted to a hospital with unspecified injuries. The other people involved sustained minor injuries in the crash.
Their names and conditions at this time were not disclosed.
Authorities closed a portion of the road as they clean the crash site and investigated the accident.
