Two Killed in Fort Worth Two-Vehicle Crash near Loop 820 and Chapin Road 

Fort Worth, Texas (May 24, 2021) – Two people were killed Friday night in a rollover crash in Fort Worth, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened around 9:30 p.m., May 21, near the area of West Loop 820 and Chapin Road. 

Authorities said a suspected drunken driver rear-ended another vehicle, causing it to flip over, crash and catch fire.

Both people in the vehicle that was rear-ended were pronounced dead at the scene. The victims’ identities have not been released.

The intoxicated driver was taken to the hospital for treatment.

No other details were provided.

The Fort Worth police traffic detectives and DWI officials are investigating the crash.
