2 Killed in Wrong-Way Crash on Highway 90 in San Antonio 

Two Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 90 near Loop 1604

San Antonio, Texas (June 18, 2023) – Two people were killed early Saturday morning in a wrong-way crash in San Antonio, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 12:30 a.m., June 17, on Highway 90 near Loop 1604.

Police said a vehicle was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of the highway when it crashed head-on with another vehicle driven by a female.

Both drivers had to be extricated from their cars. They were both taken to the hospital, where they later died. Their identities have not been released.

The crash remains under investigation.
