2 Killed in Wrong-Way Crash on Hwy 90 in San Antonio

Two Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 90

San Antonio, Texas (September 23, 2022) – Two people were killed early Friday morning in a wrong-way crash in San Antonio, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened just before 3:00 a.m., off Highway 90.

Authorities said a white four-door car was heading eastbound in the westbound lanes when it crashed head-on into a big rig.

The driver and passenger of the white four-door car were pronounced dead at the scene. Their names have not been released.

The big rig driver was uninjured in the crash.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
