2 Pedestrians Critically Injured in Multi-Vehicle Wreck on Barker Cypress near Coventry Park in Harris County

Two Critically Hurt in Harris County Pedestrian Crash on Barker Cypress near Coventry Park

Harris County, Texas (January 27, 2020) – Two pedestrians were hospitalized with major injuries following a multi-car accident early Monday morning in Harris County, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

The collision occurred on Barker Cypress near Coventry Park at around 12:45 a.m.

Deputies said some people were helping push a stalled vehicle from the roadway when a Toyota Tundra struck the pedestrians and the stopped vehicles.

A man and a woman who were struck by the Toyota were both rushed to a hospital with critical injuries.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash.
