Two Injured in San Antonio Car Crash on Pleasanton Road near Loop 410

San Antonio, Texas (March 8, 2019) – Two people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident on Thursday afternoon in south Bexar County, according to a local news source.
The wreck happened at about 3 p.m. March 7 on Pleasanton Road, about 5.5 miles south of Loop 410.
According to the news source, a white Ford SUV and a black Toyota collided head-on for unknown reasons.
Police said the woman driving the Toyota was pinned inside her car after the crash. The woman and another person were rushed to a hospital with serious injuries.
A total of four people were involved in the accident.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
