2 Women Injured in Hit-and-Run Accident on UTSA Boulevard in San Antonio

Two Women Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on UTSA Boulevard
San Antonio, Texas (May 4, 2019) – Two women were injured Thursday morning in an alleged hit-and-run accident in San Antonio, according to a local news source.
The accident happened at about 2:00 a.m. May 2, in the 5500 block of UTSA Boulevard.
As per the article, the women were standing in the parking lot of The Well when a female driver tried to back out of a parking spot at an accelerated rate of speed and hit them.
One of the women was knocked to the ground. The second victim jumped up onto the car but was thrown off when the driver sped away.
The two victims were taken to University Hospital for treatment.
The driver fled the scene after the accident.
An investigation is ongoing.
