23-Year-Old Man Killed in Hit-and-Run on I-10 in San Antonio

23-Year-Old Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 10

San Antonio, Texas – A 23-year-old man was killed Saturday night in a hit-and-run accident in San Antonio’s East Side, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just before midnight, December 22, on the Interstate 10 exit ramp to South New Braunfels Avenue.

Police said the man was struck by a vehicle, which then fled the scene.

Not long after, a second driver also hit the man. The second driver stopped and called for help.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

No additional information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
