Three Children Injured in San Antonio Car Crash on Interstate 10 at Crossroads Boulevard

San Antonio, Texas (November 24, 2023) – Three children were injured on Thanksgiving night following a car crash in San Antonio, according to the authorities.

The crash happened around 9:10 p.m., November 23, on the westbound lanes of Interstate 10 at Crossroads Boulevard.

Authorities said a woman was driving with her three children on the highway when she rear-ended a stalled vehicle.

The children were taken to the hospital in unknown conditions.

The crash closed the main lanes of I-10 for several hours.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
