Three Critically Injured in Alpine Two-Vehicle Crash at Highway 67 and Highway 90

Alpine, Texas (April 1, 2022) – Three people were critically injured Thursday morning in a head-on collision east of Alpine, according to officials.

The crash happened on March 31, at the intersection of Highway 67 and Highway 90.

Officials said two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision at the intersection.

Three people were critically injured in the crash. One person had to be airlifted to the hospital.

No other details were available.

The crash remains under investigation.
