Firefighter, Paramedic Among 3 Hurt in San Antonio Dog Attack on Braun Circle

San Antonio, Texas (March 22, 2019) – Three people were injured when they were attacked by a dog at a home on the Northwest Side Thursday afternoon, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.
The incident happened around 2:55 p.m. March 21, in the 7800 block of Braun Circle.
The officials said they received a report from the dog’s owner that it was attacking her. The fire officials responded to the incident alongside the paramedics. As they were trying to catch the dog, a paramedic and a firefighter were also attacked by the animal.
The two officials alongside the dog’s owner were all transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
