Three Injured in San Antonio Ambulance Crash on Babcock Road near Wurzbach Road

San Antonio, Texas (November 19, 2020) – Three people were injured early Wednesday morning in an ambulance crash in San Antonio’s Northwest Side, according to police.

The crash occurred around 1:15 a.m., November 17, on Babcock Road near Wurzbach Road.

Police said an ambulance was transporting a woman in her 70s and was stopped at a red light when it was rear-ended by a gray sedan.

The sedan driver had to be extricated.

The ambulance driver, the woman, and the sedan driver were taken to University Hospital for treatment.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
