Three Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash at Marsha Sharp Freeway and West Loop 289

Lubbock, Texas (December 9, 2020) – Three people were injured in a rollover crash Tuesday afternoon in Lubbock, according to police.

The crash happened around 1:20 p.m., December 8, at the intersection of Marsha Sharp Freeway and West Loop 289.

Police said a pickup was traveling eastbound on the access road when it struck an SUV.

The impact caused the SUV to flip over.

Two people sustained moderate injuries while another victim sustained minor injuries in the crash.

No other details regarding the crash were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
