36-Year-Old Man Killed in Hit-and-Run on MLK Blvd in Houston; Ravven Lewis Arrested

Houston, Texas – According to the police, a 36-year-old man was killed Thursday morning in a hit-and-run accident in Houston.

The deadly accident happened on April 4, in the 8000 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard.

Police said 32-year-old Ravven Kayon Lewis, of Houston, was driving a silver Cadillac SRX northbound and was attempting to turn left when she struck a southbound white Dongfang motorcycle operated by the 36-year-old man.

Lewis and her passenger fled the scene after the accident.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

Lewis later turned herself into HPD officers at a patrol station and provided a statement regarding her involvement in the crash. She was arrested and charged for her role in the crash and booked into the Harris County Jail.

The police are investigating the crash.
