4 Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash at FM 179 and CR 6900 near Lubbock

Four Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash at FM 179 and CR 6900

Lubbock, Texas (March 27, 2022) – Four people were injured Saturday evening in a two-vehicle crash, just outside of Lubbock, according to the Texas DPS.

The crash happened on March 26, at the intersection of Farm-to-Market Road 179 and County Road 6900.

DPS said a vehicle was heading westbound on CR 6900 when it failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and collided with a vehicle that was heading southbound on FM 179.

Two occupants from each vehicle were taken to University Medical Center for treatment.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
