52-Year-Old Woman Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on McCullough Avenue

San Antonio, Texas (January 22, 2023) – A 52-year-old woman was injured on Saturday in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened just after midnight, January 21, in the 400 block of McCullough Avenue.

Police said the woman was in an SUV traveling southeast when a Mustang ran a stop sign and hit the SUV at an intersection.

The woman was taken to a local hospital by her husband. She suffered a broken hand that will require surgery.

The Mustang driver was evaluated and determined to be intoxicated. They will be charged with one count of Intoxication Assault.

The crash remains under investigation.
