55-Year-Old Man Injured in Hit-and-Run on Military Drive in San Antonio

55-Year-Old Man Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Military Drive

San Antonio, Texas (February 11, 2023) – A 55-year-old man was injured Friday night in a hit-and-run accident in San Antonio’s Southeast side, according to the police.

The accident happened around 8:07 p.m., February 10, in the 900 block of Military Drive.

Police said the man was walking across the street, outside of a crosswalk, when he was struck by an eastbound black Ford F-150 truck.

The truck fled the scene after the accident.

The man was taken to SAMMC with a laceration on the back of his head.

When located, the driver will be charged with failure to stop and render aid – moving.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
