71-Year-Old Man Killed in Car Crash on Bellfort Avenue in Houston

71-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on West Bellfort Avenue

Houston, Texas (December 29, 2022) – A 71-year-old man was killed on Saturday in a two-vehicle crash in Houston, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 2:35 p.m., December 24, in the 9100 block of West Bellfort Avenue.

Police said the man was driving a white Toyota Tacoma eastbound when he failed to maintain a single lane and struck an eastbound silver Toyota Tacoma.

The man then lost control and drove onto the sidewalk and through shrubs, where he came to a final rest in the driveway of a business in the 9501 block of West Bellfort Avenue. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

The other driver was uninjured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
