81-Year-Old Woman Killed in Crash on MLK Jr. Blvd in Waco

81-Year-Old Woman Killed in Waco Three-Vehicle Crash on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd

Waco, Texas (May 18, 2023) – An 81-year-old woman was killed Wednesday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash in Waco, according to the police.

The fatal crash occurred around 12:14 p.m., May 17, in the 1000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

Police said a Mazda 5 was traveling southbound when it made a U-turn and was hit by another vehicle, which then crashed into a third vehicle.

Two people in the Mazda were ejected from the hospital and were taken to the hospital for treatment.

A 3-year-old girl sustained minor injuries in the crash. 

An 81-year-old woman was taken to the hospital, where she later died. Her name has not been released.

The occupants of the other vehicles were okay, according to the police.

The crash remains under investigation.
