Angie Valdez Injured in Fatal Harris County Two-Vehicle Crash on W. Gulf Bank

Harris County, Texas (October 27, 2021) – One person was killed, and two others were injured on Tuesday in a fiery two-vehicle crash in north Harris County, according to the deputies.

The fatal crash happened on October 26, in the 300 block of W. Gulf Bank.

Deputies said Angie Valdez was driving a maroon Cadillac at a high rate of speed when she lost control, spun, and veered into oncoming traffic, where she collided with a Lincoln.

The vehicles burst into flames after the collision.

Valdez was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The Lincoln driver, a man, and his female passenger were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The female passenger later died. Her name has not been released.

The crash remains under investigation.
