Zachary Arambula Injured in Austin Pedestrian Accident at West 47th Street and North Lamar Boulevard

Austin, Texas – A blind man was injured last Tuesday in a hit-and-run accident in Austin, according to a local news source.

The accident happened on March 5, at the intersection of West 47th Street and North Lamar Boulevard.

According to the report, Zachary Arambula was crossing the street by Criss Cole Rehabilitation Center for the Blind when he was struck by a vehicle.

The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.

Arambula sustained knee and back injuries. He also sustained arm injuries from road rash.

The Austin police are investigating the crash.
