Araceli Fe Marin Killed in Head-On Crash on US 277 in San Angelo

Araceli Fe Marin Killed in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash at US 277 and FM 2335

San Angelo, Texas (June 22, 2020) – According to the DPS, two women were killed on Sunday in a fiery head-on collision in San Angelo.

The fatal crash happened on June 21, at the intersection of US 277 and FM 2335.

According to a preliminary investigation, a 2014 Fiat 500 was heading northbound on US 277 while a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder was traveling southbound on US 277.

The Fiat crossed the center stripe divider and crashed head-on into the Pathfinder.

The Fiat driver, Araceli Fe Marin, 19, of San Angelo, and the Pathfinder driver, Alyssa Ashley Glasgow, 27, of Christoval, were pronounced dead at the scene. They were both wearing seatbelts.

Weather conditions were clear, and the road condition was dry at the time of the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
