Man Critically Injured in San Antonio Bicycle Accident at Southwest Military Drive and Pleasanton Road

San Antonio, Texas (August 9, 2023) – A bicyclist was critically injured Friday morning in a crash in San Antonio’s South Side, according to the police.

The accident happened around 6:00 a.m., August 4, at the intersection of Southwest Military Drive and Pleasanton Road.

Police said a man was riding a bicycle and was crossing Pleasanton Road when a vehicle struck him.

The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The driver stopped to render aid.

The police are investigating the crash.
