Bicyclist Hit, Killed by Car on West Mount Houston Road in Harris County

Man Killed in Harris County Bicycle Accident on West Mount Houston Road

Harris County, Texas (December 10, 2020) – A bicyclist was fatally hit by a car Wednesday night in north Harris County, according to deputies.

The deadly accident happened on December 9, in the 1300 block of West Mount Houston Road.

Deputies said the man was riding his bicycle across a 7-lane highway when he was struck by a car.

The man was taken to the hospital, where he later died. His name has not been released.

The car driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

The Harris County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the crash.
