1 Killed in Fort Bend County Bicycle Accident on Trammel-Fresno Road

Fort Bend County, Texas (October 5, 2019) – A bicyclist was hit and killed by a vehicle on Friday in Fort Bend County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The accident happened on Friday, October 4, on Trammel-Fresno Road.

Troopers said a person was riding a bicycle when they were hit by a vehicle.

The bicyclist was killed in the crash. The victim’s identity has not been disclosed.

The driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the scene after the accident.

The crash closed both directions of Trammel-Fresno Road near Illinois Street. 

The authorities are investigating the crash.
