Bicyclist Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident on Elsie Faye Heggins Street in Dallas

One Killed in Dallas Hit-and-Run Bicycle Accident on Elsie Faye Heggins Street 

Dallas, Texas (May 22, 2020) – A bicyclist was killed Saturday night in a hit-and-run accident in Dallas, according to police.

The fatal crash happened around 8:55 p.m. May 16, at 2300 Elsie Faye Heggins Street.

Police said a bicyclist was struck by a dark sedan that then fled the scene.

The bicyclist was killed in the crash. Their identity has not been released.

The police are looking for the sedan driver who was last seen driving westbound on Elsie Faye Heggins Street toward S. Central Expressway.

The sedan might have damage to the front end and a missing a headlight.
